Heritage Place is an age-targeted community development with plans for 245 carriage homes on approximately 60 acres and the preservation of 50+ acres in and around the site. The proposed development will maintain the scenic, rural character of the community while supporting West Rockhill Township’s comprehensive plan.

The proposed age-restricted community will include 161 homes, both single-family and townhomes, located in Middletown Township, Bucks County. The community will be adjacent to several existing commercial sites and residential homes.

The new community developed by Foxlane Homes would provide residential living for older adults who would like to age in place near family, friends, healthcare services and providers, and many others. The development would provide Middletown Township with much needed housing for its aging population and create a small residential community adjacent to one of the town’s current commercial centers, providing a walkable community with minimal impact to traffic and local resources.

The senior living community will provide $2.4 million annually in new local, county, and school district real estate taxes – without burdening the Neshaminy School District.
